Day #5 of the 30-Day Shredhead Challenge.
Today I tried to cheat on Jillian Michaels. First with Bridget from the Girls Next Door. Then with some other celebrity shredder whose name now escapes me (isn’t that the way it always is?). And apparently I have issues with infidelity. I just couldn’t bring myself to cheat on Jillian.
Or maybe it was Bridget’s chipper, somewhat grating voice that drove me back to Jillian’s arms.
Whatever the reason, it was with my tail between my (hopefully firmer) legs that I crawled back to Jillian. And she made me pay for my wandering eyes. I hurt all over.

Sorry to lead you astray with Bridget! I should have mentioned that her workout can only be done on mute…whoops. I, too, was driven back to Jillian’s arms today. As much fun as Carmen’s striptease was yesterday, I just never felt the burn I crave, aside from a troubling and puzzling pull in my right bicep…hmmm…
