We recently received a phone call from our (actually very awesome) mortgage broker, which reminded me of this hilarious Subprime Primer Powerpoint slide presentation (which made the email rounds earlier this year). The Etch a Sketch style illustrations crack me up, as does the disturbingly reflective narrative. Warning: profanity included.
